Olympus Wireless Flash System

One The E-420 Olympus has included the ability to use the wireless flash system. As a side note, I think that they including that ability to use a wireless flash is a very wise move. Many companies on the consumer line will strip out functionality with the cheaper cameras, however, Olympus is taking a different route, and in each price point providing a very good value camera.

The wirelss flash system, allows for creativing when shooting with a flash in reality people will often have 1 or 2 flashes, but this diagram below shows an example of a three flash setup. The control chart is how the setup works, resulting in a very fast shooting setup, where even a new user should be able to get results quickly.

The Camera Controls

The camera allows the user to input all settings directly on the camera, instead of having to go to each flash in the group. This results in faster setup and more time shooting.
